Martial Arts & Me has been offering instruction and training in Kenpo since 1999. Located in Johnstown, NY, Martial Arts & Me has produced champions in life as well as in the martial arts. Our school has taken the reigns and become the pioneers in helping our community, providing inovative ideas and quality Martial Arts training.

Headed by Joseph Pazzaglia (Fourth Degree Black) and a staff of expert instructors and managers, including Mary Hallett, Dave Smith, John Viscosi,Francesco Bianco Martial Arts & Me offers a number of programs for physical fitness and instruction in Kenpo.
